Online orders will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible, usually by the next business day. Your credit card will not be charged until your merchandise is shipped. If we are missing a small part of your order, we often ship in two packages; please note that we do not charge additional shipping for back orders. We will notify you by email if your order will be delayed by more than a week.
Our standard shipping method is Priority Mail. Very large packages are delivered by UPS. International customers should call or e-mail us for shipping information.

Sales Tax
A 5% sales tax will be added to orders shipped to Virginia addresses. This amount will be displayed on your order summary at checkout after entering your shipping information.
Return Policy
Mistakes occasionally happen; if we make an error and send you the wrong merchandise we’ll exchange it and reimburse you for the return shipping. Defective merchandise may be exchanged or you will receive store credit if you prefer.
In cases where an order was filled correctly, please note that books, charts, and special order items are not returnable. All other items may be returned, provided that we are notified by phone in advance, within two weeks after the package was shipped. Returned merchandise must be accompanied by the sales slip from the original package and must be in good, salable condition. (If the dog has chewed your fabric or the cat has played with your thread, we feel your pain but you will have to purchase new materials!) Your money will be refunded, minus the shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee.
